WA 777 Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Gaming Platform Rules

1. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use a wa 777 account, you must meet the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. wa 777 does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances. Age verification may be required at any time.
• You must be a natural person — businesses, companies, and organisations may not register player accounts.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration, including your real full name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a current email address.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
• You must not have previously had a wa 777 account terminated for violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Registration at wa 777 is free. You are not required to make any deposit to create an account, though certain features of the platform are only available after a first deposit has been made.

2. Account Rules

Each person may hold only one wa 777 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or the same household — is strictly prohibited. wa 777 uses technical measures to detect duplicate accounts and will suspend all related accounts on detection.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account password. Do not share your password with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact wa 777 support immediately.
• wa 777 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to another person.
• Accounts must be registered and operated from Pakistan. Use of VPNs or proxy services to misrepresent your location is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Account login credentials (username and password) must not be shared with third parties, including family members.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at wa 777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a security requirement to prevent money laundering.
• wa 777 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside our control.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required for withdrawals above Rs 50,000. This includes submitting a copy of your valid CNIC. Verification is a one-time process.

4. Bonus Terms

wa 777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific bonus offer states otherwise:

• All bonuses at wa 777 are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. This requirement applies to the bonus amount only — not to any deposited real money balance.
• The welcome bonus of up to Rs 50,000 is available to new players only, on their first deposit. It cannot be claimed more than once per player, per household, or per device.
• Bonuses expire 30 days from the date of issue. Any bonus balance remaining after expiry, along with any winnings derived from that bonus, will be removed from your account.
• Bonuses may only be used on games and markets specified in the individual bonus offer. Typically, bonuses are valid across all games and sports betting markets unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or using strategies designed specifically to exploit bonus terms — will result in the bonus being voided and the account suspended.
• wa 777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Players will be notified of changes to ongoing bonuses.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports and event betting at wa 777:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement unless wa 777 has made a demonstrable error in the odds or market terms.
• wa 777 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds (palpable errors). Affected players will be notified and the bet amount refunded to their account.
• In-play (live) betting is subject to the market status at the time the bet is confirmed by wa 777's system. Bets placed during a delay in live data transmission are subject to review.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to wa 777's specific sport rules, which are available in the Betting Odds section of the platform.
• Minimum bet across all sports markets is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• wa 777 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake of any individual player on any market at its sole discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.

6. Games and Fair Play

wa 777 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. All games available on the platform — including live casino games, crash games, card games, and Andar Bahar — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified.

• The Return-to-Player (RTP) percentage for all games is published and available to all registered wa 777 players from the game information panel.

• Use of Bots or Automated Tools: Any software that interacts with the wa 777 platform automatically, including bet placement bots, game-play automation, and scraping tools.
• Chargebacks: Requesting a payment reversal from your bank or payment provider for a deposit that was genuinely made to wa 777. This constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure.
• Harassment: Abusing or harassing wa 777 support staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• The wa 777 name, logo, and brand elements may not be used in any context without express written authorisation.
• Game content provided by third-party game studios is licensed to wa 777 and is subject to the respective studio's intellectual property rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wa 777's liability to any player is limited as follows:

• wa 777 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect availability. wa 777 will not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime.
• wa 777 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials or your unauthorised sharing of login information.
• wa 777's total maximum liability to any single player for any claim arising from use of the platform is capped at the total net deposit made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• wa 777 is not responsible for the availability or performance of internet connections, mobile networks, or devices used to access the platform.

11. Account Closure and Suspension

wa 777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any form of prohibited conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested.
• Provision of false information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Requested by a player through the self-exclusion process (see Responsible Gaming section).

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting wa 777 support. Pending withdrawals will be processed before account closure. Any remaining real money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being processed.

12. Responsible Gaming
